The new inspection system is designed to reliably detect film residues on the surface of cheese. Furthermore, thanks to its self-learning AI, the Falcon Eye reliably detects mould, both on the surface of the cheese and within the ripening f ilm.
The inline inspection system uses state-of-the-art image processing to check your incoming cheese blocks for potential defects in real time and without physical contact. It ensures optimum safety for your automated production line.
